Allow civil personnel to get guns without gamepasses

Now, first off: I do not want civils being allowed to get every gun in the game, nor do I want them to be able to get them for absolutely free.

How it would work is, FP fill out an application similar to the Driver’s License application on the regulations around firearms. If they pass this application, they would receive a Firearm License, which would allow them to purchase firearms at a vendor. Ideally the firearms they can obtain would be relatively weak.

Along with the addition of this vendor, the ability to buy a light vest would also serve nicely.

I’m gonna be honest, I can’t see any world where FP are given guns where things would end well. Most departments like MD or otherwise can buy firearms but giving them to any FP (even if they have to pass a test or something), I don’t think is a good idea.

Agreed, this would turn into something like Area Omega where it just becomes a clanner site and nothing productive is done and instead, it’s it is just people killing each other.
