As it currently stands, it’s incredibly difficult for 009 to have any noticeable impact on site without exploiters aiding it. At worse, it’s nothing more than a small nuisance for C9 to deal with.
With this in mind, the easiest way to fix this would be to increase it’s base walkspeed as to be slightly faster than the normal run speed.
People infected with 009 should also still be able to open doors (assuming the area isn’t under lockdown).
