Moving Solitary to Fort Henry provides benefits such as:
People will riot less at the guard line, allowing for more tests.
It’s faster for security to DFSC people and since DFSC is getting a rework anyway this would make it more fair to balance it out, instead of having to walk ages just to let Class-D stop rioting.
There could be a cave extension added to SD can get more close to Fort Henry.

Why should this be added?:

Kingpin and Leader have unique uniforms alluding to Max Security.

The Kingpin vendor is at Fort Henry, due to the recent lack of Kingpins (in my timezone) I always feel bad going away from my friends to purchase from that shop as I have to leave them to go to some premium shop.

It can be balanced easily to prevent rioting and Kingpins stopping people from getting DFSC.

The mini Kingpin/Leader cellblock will be seperate from the Solitary Cells, the Solitary Area cannot be opened or hacked by any Class-D.

Kingpins and Leaders that interfere with DFSC will get put in the Solitary Automatically if they were given a strike near their spawn, this is because Kingpins and Leaders spawn right near the Solitary Confinement Area.

Max Security Cells/Leader & Kingpin cells will lock when the lockdown is called in the other cell block area.4.

Kingpins/Leaders can choose to spawn there or not, which means that it’s completely optional.

Fort Henry will have a vent which will allow people to utilise it profoundly during Purple Reign.
By using your blowtorch to open the vent, you will eventually find yourself in a oxygen management room which will let you access all the other vent points within the facility, however only raiders can open the oxygen management area which means it’s quite literally useless unless it’s during Purple Reign! or infiltrations, which is why it’s such a good idea, it’s being kind to the fellow affiliates of the foundation
