Some small changes that would give SC4s better quality of life in game would be allowing access to the Administration vehicle and Character Clothes on the Foundation Personnel team.
Since we are part of Administration it makes sense for us to be able to access an Administration vehicle. Character Clothes on FP would also be useful, since we have access to them on the AD team anyways.
