base SD’s pay is too low, can you raise it from 15 to 50?
No way. For instance, MTF pay is 40 dollars. This would not only be way too high, but also would break the economy.
I think a cooler system would be to do it by rank, but we’d also need to consider how much other departments are paid and then adjust their pay accordingly etc etc.
It’s a cool idea for the future and something to keep in mind though!
