Skintone Selector in the Main Menu for Pathos
As of now skintones that are not deemed “realistic” [Gray, Black, Red, etc] are automatically switched to realistic ones upon joining the game.
Ability to change your skintone to whatever colours are deemed appropriate via a dedicated page from the main menu would be useful alternative to changing your actual skintone/avatar < as aesthetically speaking skintone plays part in that, especially when you cannot update your avatar in-game without having to rejoin the game making it more frustrating if you forget to switch it, personally I have to switch my avatar everytime I join pathos just for that reason.
